Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. This can be achieved via the origin parameter to work/work.php in a display upload form action, or the forum parameter to forum/viewforum.php or forum/viewthread.php.

Recommendations For Dokeos versions 1.8.4 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the work/work.php, forum/viewforum.php, and forum/viewthread.php endpoints until a patch is available. Avoid using the origin and forum parameters in these affected endpoints until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
