Description The issue allows remote attackers to conduct cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks via a jar: URI. This occurs because the jar protocol handler does not update the origin domain when retrieving the inner URL parameter yields an HTTP redirect.
Recommendations For Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 2.0.0.10, update to version 2.0.0.10 or later. For SeaMonkey versions prior to 1.1.7, update to version 1.1.7 or later.
