Description
A denial of service issue exists in the TCP/IP support of the affected system. It can be exploited by a remote DHCP server that sends a crafted DHCP packet, causing the system to hang and restart. The issue arises when a specially crafted packet from a DHCP server corrupts TCP/IP structures, leading to the system becoming unresponsive and automatically restarting.
