Description The issue allows attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a system panic, by sending crafted TCP packets. This is related to the tcp respond function in netinet/tcp subr.c.
Recommendations For OpenBSD versions 4.1 and 4.2, consider restricting access to the network to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
