Description
The issue is a stack-based buffer overflow in the TFTP server, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a request with a long filename.
Recommendations
For BootManage TFTPD versions 1.99 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.99 to resolve the issue.
For BootManage Administrator versions 7.1 and earlier, update to a version later than 7.1 to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the TFTP server until a patch is available.
