Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a crash, via a long ping packet, also known as a "ping of death". However, a third party was unable to reproduce this issue on version 0604DAD, and the original researcher also had difficulty reliably reproducing the problem.

Recommendations For version 0604DAS, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the device to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
