CVE-2008-6292
CVSS v2.0
7.5
High
| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Acc Autos version 4.0
Description:
The issue allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and gain administrative access. This can be achieved by setting the
username cookie to "admin", the right cookie to "1", and the id cookie to "1".Recommendations:
For Acc Autos version 4.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to administrative functions until a patch is available. Avoid using the
username cookie, right cookie, and id cookie variables in a way that could allow unauthorized access. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.Exploit
