CVE-2008-6618

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions ClassSystem version 2.3
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This is achieved via the teacher id parameter in files such as "class/HomepageMain.php" and "class/HomepageTop.php", and the message id parameter in "class/MessageReply.php".
Recommendations For ClassSystem version 2.3, consider restricting access to the teacher id and message id parameters in the affected files until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the teacher id parameter in "class/HomepageMain.php" and "class/HomepageTop.php", and the message id parameter in "class/MessageReply.php" to minimize the risk of exploitation.
