CVE-2008-6842

CVSS v2.0

6.8

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Pluck version 4.6.1
Description: A directory traversal issue exists, allowing remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files. This is achieved by using a .. (dot dot) in the post parameter.
Recommendations: For Pluck version 4.6.1, consider restricting access to the module pages site.php file in the data/modules/blog directory until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the post parameter with untrusted input.
