CVE-2009-0330

CVSS v2.0

6.8

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Simple Content Management System (SCMS) version 1
Description The issue allows remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files via directory traversal sequences in the p parameter. This can be achieved by manipulating the p parameter in the index.php file.
Recommendations For SCMS version 1, consider restricting access to the index.php file or validating and sanitizing the p parameter to prevent directory traversal sequences. As a temporary workaround, restrict the use of the p parameter in the index.php file until a patch is available.
