The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a daemon crash, by sending multiple requests to the default URI with alphabetic characters in the
tzid parameter.Recommendations
For Sun Java System Calendar Server versions 6.0 through 6.3-7.01, consider restricting access to the default URI to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using alphabetic characters in the
