Description: The issue allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. This can be achieved through crafted UTF-8 byte sequences that are treated as UTF-7 by Internet Explorer 6 and 7 in the "HTML exports of books" feature. Additionally, remote authenticated users with administer taxonomy permissions can inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the help text of an arbitrary vocabulary.

Recommendations: For Drupal 5.x, update to version 5.18 or later. For Drupal 6.x, update to version 6.12 or later.
