Description The issue is related to the Security component in IBM WebSphere Application Server, which does not properly handle the use of Identity Assertion with CSIv2 Security. This allows remote attackers to bypass intended CSIv2 access restrictions through vectors involving Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB).
Recommendations For IBM WebSphere Application Server version 6.1, update to version 6.1.0.25 or later. For IBM WebSphere Application Server version 7.0, update to version 7.0.0.5 or later.
