Description: The issue is related to multiple unspecified vulnerabilities in the JavaScript engine. These vulnerabilities can be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in memory corruption and application crash, or possibly execute arbitrary code. The vulnerabilities are related to the use of mutable strings in the js StringReplaceHelper function in js/src/jsstr.cpp.
Recommendations: For Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 3.0.14, update to version 3.0.14 or later. For Mozilla Firefox versions 3.5.x prior to 3.5.2, update to version 3.5.2 or later.
