CVE-2009-4224

CVSS v2.0

6.8

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions SweetRice versions 0.5.4 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. This can be achieved by providing a URL in the root dir parameter to specific API endpoints, such as "/ plugin/subscriber/inc/post.php" and "/as/lib/news modify.php".
Recommendations For SweetRice versions 0.5.4 and earlier, consider restricting access to the root dir parameter in the affected API endpoints until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the root dir parameter in the "/ plugin/subscriber/inc/post.php" and "/as/lib/news modify.php" endpoints.
