Description
The issue allows local users to cause an application exit via an e-mail message containing a long line that begins with a . (dot) character. This is considered a usability problem for senders of messages with certain long lines.
Recommendations
For versions 2.61 and 2.62, consider avoiding the use of long lines starting with a . (dot) character in email messages to prevent application exit.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
