CVE-2010-0460

CVSS v2.0

3.5

Low

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:S/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Kayako SupportSuite versions 3.60.04 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the subject parameter and contents parameter (also known as body) in an insertquestion action, potentially leading to cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
Recommendations For Kayako SupportSuite versions 3.60.04 and earlier, consider restricting access to the insertquestion action in staff/index.php until a fix is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the subject and contents parameters in the insertquestion action to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
