Description
The issue allows user-assisted remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a ZIP file containing a file with a long filename. This is due to a stack-based buffer overflow.
Recommendations
For CursorArts ZipWrangler version 1.20, consider avoiding the use of ZIP files with long filenames until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, restrict the handling of ZIP files to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
