Description The H.323 implementation in Cisco IOS Software contains vulnerabilities that may be exploited remotely to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on a device that is running a vulnerable version of Cisco IOS Software. Remote attackers can cause a denial of service via crafted H.323 packets.

Recommendations For Cisco IOS versions 12.1 through 12.4, consider disabling H.323 as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. For Cisco IOS versions 15.0 through 15.1, consider disabling H.323 as a temporary workaround until a patch is available.
