Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to cause a denial of service, resulting in a daemon crash, by exploiting a NULL pointer dereference. This can be achieved by omitting the Internet ID field in the person document and then using an Apple device to either accept or decline an invitation.

Recommendations For versions prior to 8.5.1.2, update to version 8.5.1.2 or later to resolve the issue.
