Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) versions prior to 2.4.4

Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended access restrictions by visiting a ticket, leveraging single-digit substrings of the CustomerID value. This can be demonstrated by using the CustomerID 12 account to read tickets that should be available only to CustomerID 1 or CustomerID 2.

Recommendations For versions prior to 2.4.4, update to version 2.4.4 or later to resolve the issue.
