Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended access restrictions. This is due to the improper enforcement of the move into permission setting for a queue. As a result, users can read a ticket by watching it and then selecting it from the watched-tickets list.

Recommendations For versions prior to 2.4.0-beta2, update to version 2.4.0-beta2 or later to resolve the issue.
