CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Canteen (com canteen) component version 1.0 for Joomla!
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This is achieved by exploiting the mealid parameter in the API endpoint "index.php" to execute SQL injection attacks.
Recommendations For version 1.0 of the Canteen (com canteen) component, avoid using the mealid parameter in the "index.php" endpoint until the issue is resolved. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the menu.php file to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
