CVE-2011-3788
CVSS v2.0
5.0
Medium
| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:N/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
PhpSecInfo version 0.2.1
Description
The issue allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information via a direct request to a .php file. This is achieved by exploiting the fact that certain files, such as Test/Test Suhosin.php, reveal the installation path in an error message when accessed directly.
Recommendations
For PhpSecInfo version 0.2.1, consider restricting access to sensitive .php files to prevent direct requests, as a temporary workaround until a patch is available.
