Description The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the ATAS32 processing functionality, allowing remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted WRF file. This can be exploited by sending a specially crafted file to the vulnerable system.
Recommendations For versions prior to T26 SP49 EP40, update to SP49 EP40 or later to resolve the issue. For versions prior to T27 SP28, update to SP28 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the ATAS32 processing functionality until a patch is available.
