CVE-2011-5038

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions hitAppoint versions 4.5.17 and earlier
Description A SQL injection issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This is achieved by exploiting the username parameter in the "index.php" endpoint.
Recommendations For versions 4.5.17 and earlier, avoid using the username parameter in the "index.php" endpoint until the issue is resolved. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "index.php" endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
