Description The issue allows local users to gain privileges via a Trojan horse dwmapi.dll or SWiSHmax3res.dll file in the current working directory, as demonstrated by a directory that contains a .swi file.
Recommendations For SWiSH Max3 version 3.0 2009.11.30, consider restricting access to the current working directory to prevent exploitation. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the vulnerable dwmapi.dll and SWiSHmax3res.dll files until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
