Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the
fuse notify inval entry function, which can be exploited by local users to cause a denial of service, resulting in a system crash. This is achieved by mounting a FUSE filesystem.Recommendations
For versions prior to 3.1, update to version 3.1 or later to resolve the issue.
