CVE-2011-5128

CVSS v2.0

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Adminimize plugin versions prior to 1.7.22
Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. This can be achieved via the page parameter to API endpoints such as "/inc-options/deinstall options.php", "/inc-options/theme options.php", or "/inc-options/im export options.php", or the post or post ID parameters to "adminimize.php".
Recommendations For Adminimize plugin versions prior to 1.7.22, update to version 1.7.22 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the vulnerable API endpoints until the update is applied. Avoid using the page, post, or post ID parameters in the affected endpoints until the issue is resolved.
