Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the serendipity[plugin to conf] parameter in the serendipity admin.php file. This might be related to cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
Recommendations For versions prior to 1.6.1, update to version 1.6.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the serendipity admin.php file to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the serendipity[plugin to conf] parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved.
