Description
The issue is related to a use-after-free vulnerability in the win32k.sys kernel-mode driver, allowing local users to gain privileges via a crafted application. This vulnerability exists because the Windows kernel-mode driver improperly handles objects in memory. An attacker who successfully exploits this vulnerability could run arbitrary code in kernel mode, enabling them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full administrative rights.
