Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to cause a denial of service by adding the SECURITY DEFINER or SET attributes to a procedural language's call handler, resulting in a server crash.
Recommendations For PostgreSQL versions 8.3.x through 8.3.18, update to version 8.3.19 or later. For PostgreSQL versions 8.4.x through 8.4.11, update to version 8.4.12 or later. For PostgreSQL versions 9.0.x through 9.0.7, update to version 9.0.8 or later. For PostgreSQL versions 9.1.x through 9.1.3, update to version 9.1.4 or later.
