Description The issue allows local guest OS administrators to cause a denial of service (Xen crash) via a crafted pirq value that triggers an out-of-bounds read in the domain pirq to emuirq and physdev unmap pirq functions.

Recommendations For Xen version 2.2, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the domain pirq to emuirq and physdev unmap pirq functions until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
