Description A cross-site scripting (XSS) issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the Loginname parameter in the forums/ubbthreads.php file.

Recommendations For versions 7.5.6 and earlier, avoid using the Loginname parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the forums/ubbthreads.php file to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
