Description
The issue is related to the
content/renderer/media/webrtc audio renderer.cc component in Google Chrome, which does not handle the 96 kHz sampling rate correctly. This can be exploited by remote attackers via a web site that provides WebRTC audio, potentially leading to a denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) or other unspecified impacts.Recommendations
For versions prior to 24.0.1312.56, update to version 24.0.1312.56 or later to resolve the issue.
