Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an infinite loop and CPU consumption. This is achieved by including a "," character in an Accept-Language header, which is processed by the strHdrAcptLangGetItem function in errorpage.cc.

Recommendations For Squid versions 3.2.x through 3.2.8, update to version 3.2.9 or later. For Squid versions 3.3.x through 3.3.2, update to version 3.3.3 or later.
