Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via crafted input to a where method, due to the Active Record component processing certain queries by converting hash keys to symbols.
Recommendations For Ruby on Rails versions 2.3.x through 2.3.17, update to version 2.3.18 or later. For Ruby on Rails versions 3.1.x through 3.1.11, update to version 3.1.12 or later. For Ruby on Rails versions 3.2.x through 3.2.12, update to version 3.2.13 or later.
