Description
The issue concerns the veth driver in the Linux kernel, which does not properly manage skbs during congestion. This allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a system crash, by exploiting the lack of skb consumption in conjunction with a double-free error.
Recommendations
For Linux kernel versions prior to 2.6.34, update to version 2.6.34 or later to resolve the issue.
