Description The issue allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on a temporary file with a predictable name. This is related to the bin/rt component in Request Tracker (RT).

Recommendations For versions 3.8.x through 3.8.16, update to version 3.8.17 or later. For versions 4.0.x through 4.0.12, update to version 4.0.13 or later.
