Description The issue allows local users to bypass the Protected Mode protection mechanism, and consequently gain privileges, by leveraging the ability to execute sandboxed code. Elevation of privilege vulnerabilities exist within Internet Explorer during validation of local file installation and during secure creation of registry keys.
