Thunderbird versions prior to 24.4
SeaMonkey versions prior to 2.25
Description
The issue is related to errors in the implementation of the TypedArrayObject class, specifically the lack of validation of the destination array length before a copy operation. This allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service by triggering incorrect use of the TypedArrayObject class, resulting in an out-of-bounds write and application crash.
