Description
The issue allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions via a crafted web site that is visited in the debugger, leading to unwrapping operations and calls to DOM methods on the unwrapped objects. For exploitation, active actions are required from the user.
Recommendations
For Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 29.0, update to version 29.0 or later.
For SeaMonkey versions prior to 2.26, update to version 2.26 or later.
As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of the debugger when visiting untrusted web sites.
