Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, consuming memory and CPU, via a crafted PXML document containing a large number of nested entity references, also known as a "billion laughs attack."

Recommendations For The Portable Tool Library (PTLib) versions prior to 2.10.10, update to version 2.10.10 or later to resolve the issue. For Ekiga versions prior to 4.0.1, update to version 4.0.1 or later to resolve the issue.
