Description
The issue allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and obtain sensitive information, including user credentials. Attackers can also change user passwords, clear log files, and perform other actions via a request to TCP port 37777.
Recommendations
For versions 2.608.0000.0 through 2.608.GV00.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to TCP port 37777 until a patch is available. Avoid using this port in the affected setup to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
