Description
The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code with root privileges via unknown vectors. It was demonstrated by Google during a Pwn4Fun competition at CanSecWest 2014. The vulnerability is related to a memory corruption issue in Apple Webkit.
Recommendations
For Apple Safari version 7.0.2, update to a newer version to mitigate the risk.
For Apple iTunes, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
