Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the Cisco Advanced Recording Format (ARF) player. This occurs when the player processes a crafted .arf file, triggering improper LZW decompression. As a result, remote attackers can execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service, leading to memory corruption and application crash.
