CVE-2014-2559

CVSS v2.0

6.8

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Twitget plugin versions prior to 3.3.3
Description The issue allows remote attackers to hijack the authentication of administrators for requests that change unspecified plugin options via a request to "wp-admin/options-general.php". This is due to multiple cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerabilities in twitget.php.
Recommendations For Twitget plugin versions prior to 3.3.3, update to version 3.3.3 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "wp-admin/options-general.php" endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation.
