Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. This can be achieved via the USRLNM parameter to "myaccount/mysettings.edit.validate.asp" or the frame parameter to several "iframe.picker" endpoints, including "statchannels.asp", "channelgroups.asp", "extensions.asp", "licenseusergroups.asp", "licenseusers.asp", "lookup.asp", and "marks.asp" in the " ifr/" directory.

Recommendations For versions prior to 6.5.5, update to version 6.5.5 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the vulnerable "iframe.picker" endpoints and the "myaccount/mysettings.edit.validate.asp" page until the update is applied. Avoid using the USRLNM parameter and the frame parameter in the affected endpoints until the issue is resolved.
