CVE-2014-5389

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Content Audit plugin versions prior to 1.6.1
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This is achieved by exploiting the "Audited content types" option in the content-audit page, which is accessed through the wp-admin/options-general.php endpoint.
Recommendations For versions prior to 1.6.1, update to version 1.6.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the content-audit page and the wp-admin/options-general.php endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation.
