Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
The Puppy Slots (aka air.com.starluxstudios.PuppySlotsFree) application version 3 for Android
Description
The issue allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate, as the application does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers.
Recommendations
For The Puppy Slots (aka air.com.starluxstudios.PuppySlotsFree) application version 3, consider implementing proper X.509 certificate verification to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. As a temporary workaround, restrict network access to trusted sources until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
